David Terhune is the founder of the Kustard Kings, the house band for the popular Loser's Lounge shows in New York City. The Kustard Kings have two instrumental records on Confidential Recordings - "Blam!" and "A Kustard Kristmas." David is a songwriter, and his many bands include Plink and Scud, Normal Men, Leap of Faith, Bootfoot, and The Fraidy Cats. He has played drums with The Sloppy Joes (Michael Shelley) and guitar with The Liquor Giants. His lyrics have been used by composer Randall Woolf. David also performs at Loser's Lounge shows with his brothers Rob and Kevin as The Terhune Brothers. David is married to Nancy, and they have three extraordinary daughters - Elena, Nina and Maya. David is also involved in race relations discussion groups as well as writing projects.
